Драйвер уже размещен в составе дистрибутива.
Установить драйвер вручную, если его нет в системе, можно от пользователя с правами root, введя в консоли:
sudo dnf install printer-driver-brlaser
Для Brother HL-5240 (как и для некоторых других моделей) для нормальной работы требуется установить mupdf, введя в консоли:
sudo dnf install mupdf
Дополнительная информация
Для принтеров Brother существует штатный драйвер в системе. Для нормальной работы принтеров предпочтительно использовать именно данный драйвер, а не драйверы с сайта производителя.
